I like that idea! It would probably help if I knew how to animate them tho! Any ideas?

an animated avatar is an animated GIF file. It is like cartooning, you need to draw the animation frame by frame, using some graphics editing program. Then you can use a GIF assembly program to put all the pieces in order and insert time breaks so it flows nicely.

Here's a GIF editing program that can be downloaded for free:

I don't know where you can d/l a version that is good but if anyone really wants a GIF animator, PM me with your E-mail address and I can send you the setup file for one.
