    Alan,
    Have you heard anything about your friend, the tympanist in the
    Baghdad Symphony? Thanks for mentioning his existence a few months
    ago. Even though I obviously don't know him, throughout the war and
    now also, I thought of him. Hope he's OK & has at least some clean
    water.

    I was thinking the same thing the other day. Let's all hope he and his
    family are well.
