Animal Sounds MIDI...

    May anyone has MIDI of some animal sounds, like:
    Wolf (Howl), Horse, Cat, Dog, Insect, Bird, etc?
    That's so nice if you could send me some, i very need them
    so much, but I can't still find them till now and almost give up.

    MIDI Aminal Sounds

    You are correct in saying they are not part of the GM (genereal MIDI) standard, however some of them ARE part of the GS (Roland's Extenden MIDI Spec) and are available under percussion in the 'extra' banks. The other way would be to use SF2 (sound fonts) and then record the output to an audio track.
    If you're looking for soundfonts I would suggest clicking on the following link and look for sounds->sound effects.
    Hammer Sounds - Sound Fonts.
    There are many, many other places on the net to get SoundFonts but this is argueable one of the best.

    Of course your sequencer program or sound card must support the use of SoundFonts.
    Just trying to be a bit more specific.

    I know that the phone Siemens CT56 have some animals sounds...lemme see if I can get them out of the phone and upload them

    I am pretty sure the animal sounds are not encoded in MIDI format, BanzaiX.

    umum....i 've got a lot of these files in mmf format,should i upload it ,and let someone convert it to mid?
    maybe someone can tell me how to do so,and i upload it after i do the job~;)
