Just curious. How many out there love these movies as much as I do. I couldn't wait to purchase the theatrical version this past Tuesday and I'll be getting the extended version the day it comes out in November. I'm also planning LOTR party for December 16th, the day before the third movie has its world wide premiere where we'll be watching the first two extended versions of the movies (as well as having pizza and beer and stuff).

    LOTR

Heya! I've been searchin all over for some LOTR midi files, particularly some of the Two Towers ones - namely, I'm dyin to see if anyone has the King of the Golden Hall one that plays as Legolas, Aragorn, Gimli and Gandalf are approaching Edoras. Does a midi for that exist, does anyone know?

    I AM A HUGE FAN!

I've read the books and seen both movies twice in the theater... I own the Fellowship of the Rings and am going to purchase the extended version of the Two Towers as soon as it comes out.

The Lord of the Rings book by Tolkien is brilliant and the director of the movies managed to capture the dark, gloomy and solemn theme and the whimsical, humourous ones all at the same time. I think he did a wonderful job..:)

I love both the movies and the books (although I likes the German version better! :confused2 ) When I first saw "Fellowship", I was a bit disappointed because I always compared the scenes on screen with the scenes in the book and had something to critizice...but now I see the movies as an independant piece of art, so some changes to the books don't really bother me!

LOTR is the best..although critics I think tend to look down on it since it was a book turned into a movie :( ....although the movie is almost as good as the books...but the movie gives u a different expierence :)

Will people be seeing the extended editions when they're released in the cinemas this December?
