This zip file contants two files
    Pianochords.exe and GuitarChordsv.exe
you will need the Visal Basic runtime files to run them.
they can be down loaded from
    http://www.tucows.com/system/preview/194333.html

What Pianochords and GuitarChords exe files do you show you how to play chords on the Guitar and Piano. I would like your feedback on them before I post them at
    http://www.midiart.bravepages.com/downloads.htm
Not that I will keep that site up for long, sites take up to much time. But I would rather give the programs away to those who are leaning to play. I offerd this used at another site, but still havnot posted it. so here it is.

There are over 8,000 posaible guitar chords and the program will show them all to you.

Please post you feed back here.
    Thanks

Sorry, but most people simply learn the chords with each new song, there is absolutely no reason to look up 8000 chords.

I've downloaded the programm and I will have a look at it this evening, I'm always interested to see in which different ways you can play the same chord. It's very useful to know.

    thank you!

Good concept (esp. the staff bar showing which notes are involved in the chord construction), but personally I thought the chord selection was a bit confusing (took a few seconds trial & error to work it out). For simplicitys sake push-buttons for the maj/min chords then the additional notes - this might be a more user-intuitive. Well done anyway MOTE, & thanks for sharing it with us.

Basiclly learn your Major, Minor, and 7th chords in the open and bar chord positions, everything is just a moveable shape after that.
