The rules it can be any christmas song, it has to be sequenced well and someone should be able to sing to the tune. Provide lyrics. BTW you are able to have two entries, but you will only win one prize depending where your best midi stands in the poll. Contest ends Dec 17th that is plenty of time for someone to sequence a midi from scratch. Yes artisan you can enter this one too. Poll would be set up and will close christmas eve.

    1st place 500MB$
    2nd place 250MB$
    3rd place 100MB$
All other entries would recieve 50MB$

Prizes are given out from my own pocket.

    Christmas in the MOB?
Here's one that has a "Have a jolly mafia Christmas" feel to it.

No lyrics or anything to this, so feel free to add to it ;)
A bit blah, but here it is

Okay - Art has his 2 entries in... I guess the rest of us had better belly up to the bar and get this thing rolling!

This is of the total schmaltz pop ballad class - and like the rest of those pieces totally TEXT DRIVEN, which means don't even dare listen to it if you aren't reading/singing the lyrics. The MP3 version would be more compelling I'm sure!

I'd love a little constructive criticism - especially from drummers/bass players - and I'm bound to change a few things before the 17th! (violin line, drums in the refrain.... what else?)

What a great contest forum where you can get your 'opponets' to make your entry better ;)

King you are a DOLL for putting both of my posts there.... I was sure I'd need to edit (the one where I actuually remembered to attach) to restate the whole "text driven, don't you dare" statement..... Thank You for being sensitive to the issue!!

i'm not a science fiction type of person but i like the way the midi was sequenced with the star wars theme that was something different
my friends went to see lord of the rings and i didn't go because i knew it wasn't my type of movie
