Converters

    Can somebody reccomend a converter for wav files or mp3 files to midi's that actually works?

    Forget about it. I have tried six of the best and most expensive titles, and none of them work, unless the MP3 or WAV is monophonic.

    I'll make my usual comment here - midi is for making music, not vice-versa.

    You can not convert polyphonic audio files (no matter what format they are in) to midi - it just can't be done.

    I'm afraid you're going to have to learn to use a sequencer and make your own.

    Even if there was a program that could do it, it would definitely not be accurate at translating to midi.

    Strange comment.

    If there was a program which could do it, then it would do it.

    However, the fact of the matter is that it is impossible to do - which is why none of the programs (often suggested here) don't work.
