I put all my money on it that it doesn't do what we want it to do :)

There is probably fine print somewhere that says it works best w/ solo vocal tracks or instrument solos.

Thats the way they almost all work :(

    hi guys
i mentioned digital ear about 5 months ago in reply to "can i change wav to midi",.
sorry to disappoint but it is the same as all the rest of programmes that claim to do this .THEY ARE CRAP.
widi .digital ear can pick out a solo instrument or voice and transfer it "very iffi." to midi.
if you play a wav file into it with say ten instruments you get something like the first two notes of the drums third and forth of trumpet and so on
no programme on the market yet short of an expensive sampler
and it has to be an expensive one not the toys that are out there
    cheers

TS AudiotoMIDI tends to be better than the rest, but still not what people are looking for.

What people are 'looking for' is technically impossible. How many times do we have to say this before the penny drops?

You'd have to tell every person on the planet, and they to their children, and so on to not hear from it again. We'll keep getting the question for years on.
