freeware midi maker prog?

    i am looking for a freeware program to make midis and add tracks to existing midis that doesn't require any hardware other than a computer. can you help?

    help

    ok, i tried anvil (obviously haven't figured out all the functions yet) but can anybody tell me the name of this song based on what i have figured out?

    with that software can i add my wav audio tracks to record to a single mp3 file with that sounds????

    I don't think you can use wav files in anvil... you might want to use a program called cool edit pro... cepro for short. That converts wav files into mp3 format and vice versa.
