I've just bought and set up my Mac, Garageband and Roland Keyboard, and I know how to use Garageband and the keyboard to create basic tracks. What I wanted to know is if there are any good sites, tips and tricks or any advice you can give me so that I can move from a 'basic' sort of user to a more advanced one, so I can create something worth listening to.

Also, I was wondering what you find to be good track combinations with instruments and such.

It's an Apple/Mac creation as far as I'm aware, but it might only be available in Australia, though probably available over the net as such. Quite simple to use actually, and has a huge variety of instruments (which can be added to). Is designed for a Macintosh computer.
