    Hello everybody,

    I new member here. Just joined yesterday. What guitar tab software you guys use? Any recommendations, suggestions??

    Try PowerTab. It is easy to use. It also plays the tabs.

    i really like the tabit program it seems to be one of the best ones to use.

    powertab editor is a good program, but

    have anybody here tried Guitar Pro 3 it has drums you can put into your music, which make a nice backing trax to play over and you can export to a midi file as well, I do that alot import and export midi to put drum sound in to the music and it's very easy to do.check out the site

    I love powertabs... but does anyone know of a free alternative for Mac users? Powertabs doesn't seem to be compatible.

    POWERTAB ALL THE WAY

    Really doesn't get much better than that. Get to combine the glory of Tab with the simplicity of MIDI. Listen to it as you see it.

    do they require like a midi port? or just plain wave input would work?

    i use powertab editor... i couldnt have taught myself without it...

    are any of the others' files more available than ptbs?
