how do u b come a administrator
I don't need to - I did already...
How did I do it (you might be asking)?
1. I didn't ask
2. I learned how to type using complete words
3. I had more than 33 posts
4. I was a member of the board for more than a few months
5. I spent more time on the boards than I did with my family
6. I read 'How to become a site admin for dummies' 3 or 4 times.
p.s. There is soooo much more...
Most sites follow a similar routine in promoting members to admin (or other staff positions)
Staff positions are based on individual merit and overall knowledge and usefullness to the site. A member who has a long track record for helping, knows their way around the site and site software, or demostrates other usefullness to the site might be promoted to staff.
Generally, it's considered 'bad-form' to ask for a staff position, and many times people who do ask are virtually guaranteed never to get one (in some circles).
Admins aren't made over night. An Admin usually has privy access to various parts of the site or server, so Admin access is never given out lightly. It can take years for a site owner to develope the necessary trust to give that kind of access to someone else.
Separate names with a comma.
