Google results are meant to rank according to content value. Google have partnered with metrolyrics. Search for lyrics and guess which result comes up first and very brightly highlighted? Is the sanctity of an unbiased search engine getting lost with Google?

Google caters to google now ..ad revenue only, go 3 or 4 pages into searches , it all ends up w porn sites . :(
try finding midi files ! .. They've all been swallowed up or blocked by big 'bother' Hit Trax .

I don't know if I'd consider Hit Trax 'big brother'. Most of my musical friends buy their midis from hit trax. I'm grateful they're still around. Who else is running legit MIDI File production company with their finger on the pulse these days? And Google? Yeh, you're right. Imagine if everyone stopped using google for a month. They'd go broke. That's 'real' people power :D. I use Duckduckgo.com for a search engine. They don't track you.

We really need a new search engine. Google is definitely overstepping its boundaries. It's us who should decide what we want or don't want to see in our search results! They track too much, they know too much, they spy too much. A boycott may be the answer! ;)
