I love this song to pieces and I want to sing it so if someone could be so nice as to let me have a FULL version not just a three verse version I would be forever in your debt.

    *Cough*

    Or at least very thankful.

    Guess what I just found.

Terribly sorry about all that, I spent ages looking for it and after I request it turns up. But if anyone does have the Jeff Buckley version rather than Rufus Wainright or whatever his name was I would still appreciate it, thankyou!!

Well wouldn't ya' know it... I'm currently working on this one!
... that first file is a ringtone and I dunno' about this second one... mine is well beyond 12kb at about halfway done but this is just the guitar line though you say... *listens to it*

I'll let the latter stay as it's fairly accurate enough... it could be transposed up a bit to fit the recorded version but not too bad.. nothing a bit of tweaking by our talented members can't improve upon... but the first one will have to go... perhaps post it over at Cellphone forums if you wish...

So you keep telling us... I believe the Buckley version is the best though... although, I still love Leonard's original version, of course. I'm still working on cleaning this version above up and completing the version I was completing... which is an octave higher and adjusted for the capo I use when I play this live... placed on the 5th fret... the above version was fairly accurate up until it hit the 58th measure or so and went way off. ...I'll post the adjusted versions later if anyone's interested... or...

Here it is... vocal tracks included:

*this seems pretty accurate but could probably use a bit of tweaking here and there... lemme' know if you catch something... it's been awhile since I created one of these things!*

Nice tune, G! I don't know the original, but it sounds nice - and long! :)

Sounds like you've got some good ears, too. ;)
