I saw the previous post on LOTR MIDIs, but did not find any MIDIs that I am looking for from Fellowship and Two Towers. The following songs are the ones I am seeking:

    Bridge of Khazad-Dum (FOTR)
    Breaking of the Fellowship (FOTR)
King of the Golden Hall (TTT)
    Hornburg (TTT)

    Thanks!

    Sam

www.midi.com does not have any of the files I am looking for--any other suggestions?

    For the hero's theme:

I'm not quite sure what theme you are referring to...is it the Fellowship theme (occurs often in Fellowship of the Ring, but most prevalent at the point the Fellowship is formed in Rivendell...appears broken at the end of Fellowship of the Ring)?

Is it the Rohan theme, which occurs in The Two Towers when approaching Rohan?

Is it the theme at the end of The Two Towers, when the King puts on his armor (or thereabouts)?

Let me know what part of the movie you are referring to, and I can probably give you the title at least.

    Lord of the Rings Midi

I just found these two files while searching the 'net... Though they are not ones specifically requested here, I think they'll be helpful if someone is searching for LOTR midi, as this seems to be the most recent request board. The first one is a great version of "A Knife in the Dark". :)

Doesn't seem as if the attatchments have shown up yet... well, anyways, you can download them at the site posted below.

And here's the other one... A piano version of "May it Be", very well done. It is different than the "May it Be" posted on the old LOTR board. Though I must warn you, it freezes the program up when I try to play it in Real Player. It seems to work fine in other midi players, but if you use Real Player, be forewarned. Anyways, searching through my history I managed to find the site where I found these Midis... (http://musicby.jw-music.net/news.php)... Has some other speshy midis on it, if you'd like to take a look!

if you download from MIDI Board... it is free.
if you download from other sites... like www.rogers.com... it's not.

    > Can I use the may it be midi in my website?

Well, the ideal way of doing it, is to ask the composer of the MIDI file... but on most occasions, it's really hard to track.

My rule of thumb is: if it's a personal site... and you're not going to use it for profit, heck... go ahead. (but that's just me.) :p

I think that he probably means Amon Hen as that is played most prodomently as the theme through TFOTR.
