MIDI Editor?

    I am looking for a simple MIDI editor that can let me cut some sections tracks and change the tempo, any suggestions?

    I'm not sure if it is what you are after, but Melody Assistant can be used to change midi files.

    reason will do that and a thousand times more, its very very versatile when it comes to complete and utter midi manipulation

    Yeah, but if you want it cheap just use a cakewalk demo its easier, but if low budget Sonar by Cakewalk it works
