Try SynthFont, for its SoundFont capabilities. It will enliven your music to a grade higher than you probably thought was possible in MIDI.

    SynthFont's the very best!

I know of only two Midi-To-Wave converting softwares which can do the job in under 1.5 minute for every 5-minute midi:
    - JetAudio
    - SynthFont

But I picked SynthFont as the world's top of its kind, for the reason stated by Zandro above (you won't believe a midi tune can sound so "true").
And, oh well, only SynthFont is free.

There's also Audio Compositor, but the last time I checked, the website was down and the writer seems to have vanished off the face of the earth.

Still a good little application though and worth a tryout. Because of its apparent demise, I've been playing around with Synthfont, but it's still effectively in beta (v0.9??) and a little flaky in places, although I have great hopes for it in the end. On the other hand, AC was up to version 4.? and well along the road to maturity.

Winamp has a kinda backdoor method to do it, it requires listening to the whole song though, as its basically recording whats played... You can look up the method i cant remember it

It works best with IN_MIDI v2.6a. Open the MIDI plugin configuration panel of that version, tick the "Write WAV files to:" box, select the directory of preference, and play.

If you have any of the following Qubase, Reason, Cakewalk and many others you can simply export file as an audio file (You even get to pick the quality of the file) but there are a number of freebies on the net by typing "midi to audio" in google
