I like to use FruityLoops for sequencing, I'm pretty sure you can use normal MIDI files in it as well.
very much a newbie i used to have fruityloops, my hd crashed so i lost it. its a great program. i had fun "trying" to sequence tracks like i knew what i was doing. nothing ever sounded right, i guess im not that musically inclined. since i finally have a phone that i can send ringtones to, i want to start making my on ringtones so im here trying to learn how. :jawdrop:
i use cakewalk pro audio 9. works good enough but my friends say to use cubase or logic. although logic is a little bit confusing to use, its totally worth the extra effort of learning it. well....thats what they say.
I couldn't use fruity loops...i didn't even know how to lengthen notes...lol. But i use Cakewalk 9. It's the best @@!!!
at your nearest computer software store...or you could search it in the net and hope that they have free ware of those softwares.
well, for me, kinda at first. but i got the hang of it eventually. what i usually do is i listen to the song and then transcribe.
I think fruityloops is a good tool to have for the price you pay for it(yes i buy my software) it does take time to get to know it but it is a good prog i think
