Cakewalk will do it by recording the midi tracks to an open audio track.
Cakewalk actually does do it, however I have found that the results aren't very satisfactory.
I would recommened reading this thread for for WAV-MID info:
.wav or .mp3 to MIDI
What do you mean, Cyber? The question is about converting mid to wav.... NOT wav to mid...
Oh, oops!
Guess I misread the title, since there are so many wav-to-mid threads, I assumed it was one, since it was wav and mid in the title.
Well in that case Cakewalk will work just fine!
All you have to do is setup a track to accept audio input, set your sound card to record midi, and arm the audio track.
Now just click record.
Converting MIDI to Audio
I know that this has been covered by cakewalk etc, but have you got a Edirol/Roland Virtual Sound Canvas, this does a super job without any fuss and with excellent sound reproduction to boot. Mind you... You could also run a 'line in' from your instruments headphone socket to a WAV recorder, 'Cool Edit Pro 2' is excellent for this job.
All the Best
