is there a way to boost the volume of midi files? I find them generally too quiet to use as ringtones on my 7650 and need to boost the volume ...

Every real MIDI editing and sequencing program is capable of raising the volume of indiviual tracks, including the freeware program Anvil Studio.

The track volume is set low, hence the quiet sound.

Get any sequencer and open up the midi file, and then start upping the volume.

Hmm.......I wish mobiles had more bass :)

Perhaps if they release a mobile with a CC-toggled vibration feature.
