Is there a way to be able to take my audio file and make them into midi files?

There are a few commercial programs out there for that, but I have yet to find one that works well for any music that is at all complicated. Try doing a web search for "wave to midi", and check out the links you find. Several companies have demo versions available for download.

Generally speaking wave to midi isn't yet possible basically because Midi doesn't have enough "Instruments" for pollyphonic music (does anyone realise that the word "Pollyphonic" only really came into usefull existance when Samsung, Phillips, and Sony bought out there Cell phones with "Pollyphonic" ring tones??)
