I use both the Microsoft Wireless Intellimouse Explorer and the Microsoft Wireless Intellimouse for Bluetooth. If you're going to give presentations, I'd go for for the Bluetooth version since it has really good range (about 30 ft).

I have a logitech cordless optical mouse. Works great, and i got it for $30 only ... came with a 5 year warranty. only gripe: range isn't too much (maybe 10 feet)

Microsoft Intellimouse optical mouse. Works fine, never use the extra cd stuff, just need never to clean the mouse ball anymore. Ordinary Logitec are also good but the software seems to mess up windows, so don't use it.

I also use a logitech optical mouse (I think the Mouseman+, the cheapest one) . Within a week I'll check out the Logitech MX700, which I bought for my dad's birthday. It's optical and cordless, let's hope it works well.

I got fed up with having to remove the ball and clean off all the debris that collects around the rollers

I use the Microsoft Blue optical mouse. It works great and has good range! Battery life is pretty good too.

I have a Microsoft® Wireless Intelimouse Explorer, but I stop using it because I had to chage the batteries in it about 1 every month. Now I just use a generic Compaq brand mouse.

my old logitech cordless mouse was nice but the battery cover broke when i was replacing the batteries, and since the cover is the entire top of the mouse, it really felt awkward, so I just bought a Creative optical mouse for $10. The smoothness of the optical mouse is very impressive, but i had never cleaned the ball inside my logitech. BTW way my logitech mouse still works, one thing i hate about the new one is that even though it's silky smooth and not as heavy as the old one, i still need to tug at the cord.

Bought a Logitech corded mouse when my ball mice kept getting gummed up all the time. It's been great! I wouldn't ever go for a cordless because I don't keep wanting to shell out more dough on batteries

I use IBM Navigator or something like that, i bought one to replace my old ball powered one , then i built myself a new pc and bought a 2nd one, because the first one was soo good to me.
