I just picked up "at the end of the day" by the Galactic cowboys.
What a great band. They are Heavy, melodic ,with a sense of humor
and great vocals. Check them out.

That is one their best discs (IMO).
Check out Space in Your Face, Let It Go and The Horse That Bud Bought.
    All great discs.

    Too bad they broke up.

I like "Space in your face" alot. I have had that one for a few
years. The Horse that Bud bought is being delivered any day now. Just
got it off Half.com. Looking to get all their stuff real soon. I
have seen them open for King's X a couple of times.

It seems many share your opinion. I like it as much as Space in your
face although it sounds mellower in a lot of ways not that ATEOTD is
mellow its that "Space in your face" is a pretty heavy disc even kind
of thrashy which i was never a fan of that style of music however the
Cowboys seem to add several twists and turns to their music that makes
it so enjoyable to listen too even if they thow in a thrashy riff or
two. The thing is there is zero thrash influence on ATEOTD. It seems
the more I listen to it the more i like it. You got anymore of their
stuff? If King's X isn't gonna come out with anything great I will
just have to buy up all the GC cds.:) BTW, I just picked up an
Atomic Opera CD. Ever listen to them? They are another Sam Taylor
band. You can tell because they to have killer vocals.
