I have an Asus A7V333 mainboard, with and Cmedia integrated soundcard. When I connect a Midi cable to the computer, and I start computer, the system tells "CPU fault" and it doesn't start. (Before starting Windows XP pro) The cable is a Soundblaster cable with 4 connectors. In one side, the connector for the mainboard, and the other side the joystick connector, and Midi in, and Midi out. I only connect the cable to the computer leaving free the others. Before this mainboard I used and Soundblaster AWE64 with the same cable without problems. What's happen?
