    Hello,

There's lack of any manual in Internet on Roland A37. There are some
issues, but I cannot find explanation anywhere. Could someone help me
    with following:

    1. What is aftertouch sensitivity compared to other MIDI
    controllers/synths
    2. How is MIDI IN routed; I want to do such connection: Knobby MIDI
controller -> A37 -> Computer(I want signal on A37 MIDI IN could sum
with MIDI commands generated by A37 and was sent on common MIDI OUT to
    computer)
    3. Can A37 keyboard be split both by MIDI OUT port and MIDI OUT
    Channel?

    Regards
  2. Hello,

I used to own an A33 which was the predecessor of the A37.

That's the same with most Roland manuals, since the www.lilchips.com site
no longer offers Roland-related web stuff. It used to be extremely useful.

On the A33, aftertouch could only be sent with the lever stick on the right,
not with the keys. You had to program the lever functionality in every patch
so that it sents aftertouch instead of pitch bend data. Thus, the
sensitivity to controll the aftertouch amount was quite good, because it's
easier to controll the amount by pushing a stick instead of pressing keys.

The A33, as most MIDI instruments, didn't work as a merger. If you
want two MIDI streams merged in one, you need a dedicated merger box. I use
    this one: http://www.midiman.de/merge.htm.

It's not clear what you want. Please explain.
