I'm building my own small studio. Before this i used reason. There you have samplers you can click in. But i now want to have it all hardware. No more computer (maybe only for the sampling itself, or recording). I need one that can have floppy discs, and supports wav and/or mp3 samples. It doesnt have to be the best of the best, just good sound quality. Any advice? :confused2

One of the best hardware samplers was the Akai 3000 series (various upgrades since then and lost track of numbers) which had a floppy for the info on I think. Try a google search.
