    Definitely Ben Folds, especially ‘The Luckiest’. If you do a search on the web I think you can find the sheet music for his entire album ‘Rocking the Suburbs’ in pdf format.

    I would say one of my favorites would be Bach's Little Fugue in G Minor. Any fugue would be great on piano. Also Beethoven's Piano Sonato No. 8 (Pathetique) is also great. As far as modern songs go, Come Sail Away by Styx comes to mind.

    my favourite piano piece is Arabesque no 1 from Debussy. It's a romantic piece, but it is quite difficult to play.

    And now I think, that there's not the best one.
    It's on your what your prefer.

    One of my all time favorites is 'The way it is' by Bruce Hornsby. Tupac used the chorus for his song changes, and I believe you were looking for the midi of that song. So here it is:
