The only self-sequenced I've ever really done.

One day I needed the 'pop goes the weasel' song for a Flash animation I was working on. (I had a Jack-in-the-Box that needed music) Unfortunately, I couldn't seem to find it anywhere in a form that I could work with, so I found it in a WAV format sung by Julie Andrews (from Sound of Music, I think) and sequenced it.

Now, it isn't anything fantastic, by any means, but it was quite an accomplishment for me, since I can't play any instruments. ;) I went into Cakewalk and placed the tones and timing by ear.

The reason it uses the steel drum is because I wanted that 'Jack-in-the-box' feel, and steel drum was the closest I could get. I then rendered it in WAVMaker, and used the resulting song in my Flash.

hehe.. I repeated the same note in that spot because I suck ;) I got it as close as I could get it by ear. I guess the next step is to learn how to play a keyboard, eh? :)
