the urbz is a game in development where instead of living in the suburbs you're actually in the city. strykr you should find that information on EA games' website.

The Urbz has 2 do with gangs and Friends.

Sims 2 comes before the URBZ.

I remember a version of Monopoly that was put out in Chicago a few years back that used the term "ghetto" in the title... it involved pimps and drug dealers... it was banned though on basis of being rather offensive. I dunno' about that... a sims game based on that similar subject... Maybe Don "Magic" Juan or Snoop "d", "o" double g might be interested in that venture?

well the regular cd version will be released in many countries on the 17th, currently only the US gets the dvd version on the release date, so if you're not in the US wait for the dvd or you'll be swapping out 4 cds. It gets shipped out in 4 days and amazon said i should get it the week after that. Eh small price to pay for getting free shipping and no tax, saved about $10 there.

I think the sims are great games, although getting all the expansions cost a bit, and takes up loads of hard drive space (I don't have that much) :(

the sims2 is not a game patch it is the sequel to the sims. It is a completely new game. It costs $50, but there was a store near here that sold it for $34, oh well atleast i got it a day before they did.

I'm going to look at a few other stores that I know sell the game but my guess is that they are all sold out, so try buying the game online.

Note if any of you play sims2, hope you won't have twins when you haven't gotten used to the game, because they will drive you crazy. I had this one family where there the son grew up and got married and well the mother of the sun got pregnant, and so did the son's spouse, it was on the same night too. Well at first I thought there were just going to be two babies, well I was wrong, the mother of the grown up son had twins so there were 3 babies in the house, I almost went insane keeping track of which baby needed this and that. The good thing right now is that all of them are children now.

Si, if you have played the first sims, the thing you notice is that you can play a single house for like ever and ever, well you can't really do that in sims2 because the sims age and a thing i found out is that if certain sims are of different age groups don't seem to communicate very well, it's not impossible but will require more time to accomplish than with someone of the same age group. So therefore there is a need to play with all the houses from time to tome to keep them up-to-date.
I frequently use the cheat "aging off" and "aging on" to stop aging so I can calmly play without fear of not getting everything done, but the game puts real life in perspective, like there is never enough time to do what is needed in a single day, nor will everything be accomplished in one's life time.

Another thing about sims2 is that I'm having so much more fun making houses.
I wish I can play sims2 more but school work is definately more of a factor now since it's nearing midterm time.
