    Help...

I am using Voyetra Record Producer delux, on a AMD 2400+ machine with 256 mbyte of pdc 2700 ram. I recently installed a clean install of windows XP home edition on this new machine. Plenty of power to do what I need to do. The problem I am having, is with recording, either midi and audio, in multitrack format. The new track are being placed about a bar and a half or more BEFORE the rest of the old tracks, not an easy thing to have to line up when it comes to the audio tracks, as its not an exact measure line of an offset. I contacted Voyetra support, and Leslie, replied in a very snobbish fashion that she would not support me. Does anyone know about this problem using WinXP and Record Producer?
