    Yeah, i think she's tight. It's cool how she writes her own songs and her band is awesome.

    Avril is really talented...it's cool that she is only seventeen yet she writes her songs. Her lyrics are hit home w/ me, kinda like a younger version of Alanis Morissette

    She doesn't really write all of her music. Check the credits. Just all the co-writing stuff. The funny thing is, in an interview, she said that she wrote all of those things entirely on her own and years ago. But like I said, check the credits.

    And as far as this tie crap, I don't think it has much do to w/ her own originality. It's all about the entertainment industry. Those people are freakin geniuses. They get her to play the guitar for one or two songs at a concert, then give her some credit on the songwriting, and bam, they've got themselves a pop singer making it in the rock scene. Just in disguise.
