I like a strong cheddar - the stonger the better.
You know the kind - when you're eating it, the top of your cheeks start to sweat - lovely!!

I've found that cheeses are called different things in different parts of the world... I'd never heard of Liechester until a recent trip to England, and in Aus. they have something called "tasty" cheese... well honey.. if its not tasty what's the point?

If its made in NewYork I like Sharp cheddar... if its made anywhere else I like extra sharp.... If you're making Macaroni-cheese the right way (Yeesh - I haven't done that in years... stupid carb counters scared me away!) you HAVE to go half munster... whatever your fave is can be the other half but the munster makes it good! I like to substitute provolone for mozzerella frequently because it has a little more flavor..... ummm... have I missed anything?

OH! Grilled swiss cheese sandwiches ROCK!

Not many cheeses I don't like especially the English cheeses... Red Leicester (a bit more crumbly than a New York cheddar... just melts in your mouth), Cheshire, Double Glouster, Cotswald, Derby, Lancashire, Caerphilly, French Comté with a nice spicy red wine, Gruyere, a young creamy Brie, Chèvre, Raclette, Yolo, Brillat-sevarin, Gouda, Swiss... mmm cheese! Then there's all the desert cheeses, tirimisu, Philadelphia cream cheese of course, for cheesecake...! :p :)

OoooOOOoooh! Cream cheese and salsa and crackers is sooooo good! And I'm not sure about the swiss grilled cheese sandwiches, but mozzerella and a couple slices of American cheese is a decent grilled cheese, too :) .....Nacho cheese Doritos!!!! YES! ...and salsa Doritos too, but........I like pepper jack straight or with a bit of mustard. I get that from me mum.........and cheddar with mustard is good too...*thinks hard*

Oh! And just never look at cheese under a microscope!

I really like Pepperberry cheese - I'm pretty sure you can only get it here in Aussie - it is made from the native pepperberry bush and they put the berries and the leaves in the cheese to give it a pepper flavour mmmmm yummy :D

    as for the 'other cheese'
    *passes the anti-fungal*
this should do the trick :D

Everytime I have chesse on my fries at school, I get sick; no matter what kind, I've tried Monteray Jack and Chedder and both gave me a bad sotmach ache.

I guess you just can't trust college food lol
