    Well,

I HAD a midi program that could edit midis, but I forgot what it's called.
    Here's a description.

There was this big area for editing a MIDI and its channels, you would see its instruments, each one as a row with the number of times and length of it being played. The background of this big area was an actual picture of clouds in a blue sky. You could select the entire thing, copy it and paste it below, making it 2x as loud I believe... but I can't believe I lost the program! What's it called, does anyone know?

Sounds like MIDILocator v1.11a (look up midilocator/midi locator on google) And it has a mixer and so on...Yeah, I use that program anyway...

Heh, I'd know it from that description anyday....
It's real powerful for freeware, but at first it does look kinda scary, and you do have to know what you're doing! :D I lost mine too, did I already mention that? I got it back the other day though! ^________________________________^
