Which records could you listen to again and again, and never get tired of? And what makes them so special?

I have few, that I could listen to always:

(What's the story) Morning glory - Oasis ... I just love this record... especially the tracks "Wonderwall" and "Don't look back in anger"...

The Verve - Urban Hymns ... I like the melodies... not so much more to say... especially the classic, "Bittersweet Symphony"...

And every record by Michael Jackson... The man is a musical genius.. "Heal the World", "Beat it", and "You are not alone"... my three favouries...

I agree with you on the Michael Jackson stuff, and i'll chip in anything by Usher. I dont know why, but i just love all his songs and his moves. He's got great beats and lyrics.

Here's where I literally age myself

UFO - Strangers In The Night
    Def Leppard - Hysteria
    Bryan Adams - Reckless
Extreme - Three Sides To Every Story

The entire albums really are incredible. There's more but I trying to limit my selection.

LOL you should see my collection here!!! I realized midway that I'd left out many... by that time I realised how multitudinous it had quickly become... I'm rather good at making recommendations... music genre can be dependent on mood and and some of this music is very dependant on mood... especially Leonard Cohen and Nick Drake... and some Cash especially his later stuff... very dark stuff and cover tunes of Alternative Rock bands... I love R&B and Jazz though I can always be in the mood for that and every now and then I can break out Coolio's (Stevie Wonder sample actually) Gangsta's Paradise or Snoop Dogg's Murder was the Case... today it's been Willie Nelson (I just noticed on this "very best of" cd he does a live version of this song that gets rather "jazzy"...) and Bob Marley (One Love: best of...). :laugh2:

I'm really fussy when it comes to albums... The albums I can listen to from start to finish, without skipping any songs over and over again are probably only Incubus' Morning View and Queens of the Stone Age's Songs for the Deaf. Possibly also R by QotSA.

Wow, I kinda admire you... you could listen to any song, again and again, except those made by Celine Dion?

    Cool :D
