Some files I dload from k@z@@ have the extension name .wma which is Windows Media Audio.

I cant open them in Soundforge 4.5 or Cool Edit pro 1.2.

How can I open them and convert to an MP3?

I need to convert to MP3, please help.

I beleave that wma files are protected and can't be converted. :confused2

However, you could try burning them to an audio cd than ripping them back as wav files.
